Disable Context Menu

Some time you're not at your desk & you forget to lock your 


computer & that time some one comes & see the computer is not 


locked & he starts using it he just right click & change the 


personalize settings like changing wallpaper,resolution etc... 


& some users want to disable Context menu for FUN
